Applications for The Decoded Circle are reviewed individually. There is no automated acceptance — I read every application. If I think the group is a good fit for where you are right now, we’ll move to the next stage in the process. It starts with your application.
What the process looks like
1 - Submit your application
Five minutes. I'll read it personally before we speak.
2 - Brief screening call : 15 minutes
Arranged within 5 working days. Not an interview. A chance for both of us to ask the questions that matter.
3 - Cohort begins
If the group is the right fit, you'll receive joining details and the cohort start date.
