Privacy Policy

Privacy policies are usually written by lawyers for lawyers. This one is written for you.

Here's what actually matters about how I handle your information:

• I collect only the information I need to deliver coaching services to you — your name, contact details, payment information, and the content of our sessions.

• I do not sell your information to anyone, ever. I do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

• I use a small number of trusted tools to run the practice — Squarespace, Acuity, Stripe, Google Meet, and Fireflies AI. I tell you exactly what each one does with your data in this policy.

• I use Fireflies AI to record and transcribe coaching sessions. I tell you this before we begin, and you give written consent in the coaching agreement. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

• You have the right to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Email privacy@winningwithadhd.com and I will respond within 30 days.

• This policy is reviewed every year. If something significant changes, I will tell you.
