Parenting a child with ADHD is relentless in a specific way. The advocacy, the school systems, the family dynamics, the sheer volume of information you've absorbed — and underneath all of it, you. Parents Together is for the parent who has been running on empty and needs a place where they don't have to explain themselves before getting support.
Who This Cohort is For
You have a child who has been diagnosed with ADHD and you are navigating school, family, and daily life — often with very little support for yourself.
You suspect your own ADHD might be part of the picture, and you're not yet sure what to do with that.
You want practical strategies and tools, not just emotional support — and you want both.
You want to connect with other parents who are living this reality, not just reading about it.
You are exhausted and you are still showing up. You deserve support that recognises both of those things.
What we Cover
WEEKS 1 – 2: Your child's brain — understanding their specific ADHD profile and what it actually means day to day, beyond the diagnosis.
WEEKS 3 – 4: Your brain — the parent's own needs, including the possibility that ADHD is in play for you too. This space is for you, not only for your child.
WEEKS 5 – 6: The systems around your child — school advocacy, family dynamics, and the conversations that are hardest to have.
WEEKS 7 – 8: The long game — sustainable advocacy, consistent family support, and building an environment that works for everyone in it.
About the Facilitator
I'm Angella — ADHD coach. I understand this terrain from multiple angles, and I know that the most useful support a parent can receive is the kind that takes their own needs as seriously as their child's. That's what this group is for.
Price and Application
The total cost is €480 per participant for the full 8 weeks.
