ADHD coaching with people who actually get it.
Group Coaching
There's something that happens in a room of people who understand your brain from the inside that doesn't happen anywhere else. Not validation for its own sake — something more useful: the experience of having your thinking met by people who've had the same thought, and who've found different ways through it.
Group coaching isn't for everyone. But for the right person, it's more powerful than 1:1 work — and often the thing that makes everything else land differently.

Is Group Coaching Right for You?
You're genuinely ready to be open in a small-group setting. Not perfectly polished — just real.
You want to be challenged by peers as well as supported by them.
You can commit to 8 consecutive weekly sessions.
If you're not sure — a free discovery session will help us figure it out. I'd rather have that conversation than have you second-guess yourself out of something that might be exactly right for you.

No — and that framing will lead you to the wrong decision. Group coaching is a different experience, not a discounted one. Something specific happens when you're in a room with people who understand your brain from the inside — not because they've read about it, but because they're living it.
The peer recognition, the shared problem-solving, the accountability that comes from being known by the group — these produce outcomes that 1:1 coaching, on its own, doesn't. For some people, the group is the more powerful option. For others, 1:1 is right. The discovery session is the right place to figure out which one you are.
-
A support group is primarily peer-led and focused on shared experience. Group coaching is facilitated, structured, and goal-oriented — the eight weeks have a shape, there's work between sessions, and you leave with something specific. The peer connection is real and it matters, but it's in service of the coaching, not the point of it.
-
You bring what you're ready to bring. There's no script and no requirement to perform vulnerability. What I ask of everyone in the group is honesty — not polish.
The sessions work better when people are real, and in my experience that becomes easier quickly when the group is well-matched. Part of the screening process is making sure it is.

Recordings are shared within 24 hours of every session, so you won't lose the content. What you do lose is the live experience — the conversation, the group dynamic, the accountability of being present.
The groups are small enough that your absence is felt, which is worth knowing before you commit. I ask that you can genuinely make at least seven of the eight sessions before applying.
-
Yes, and some clients do. They serve different purposes — the group gives you peer context and shared accountability, 1:1 gives you focused individual work.
If you're considering both, a discovery session is the place to think through whether that combination makes sense for where you are right now, or whether one is the clearer starting point.

Read the cohort page that matches the part of your life you most want to work on — The Decoded Circle if you're navigating a late diagnosis, The Founder Circle if you're building something and ADHD is part of the picture, Parents Together if you're a parent who needs a space that's actually for you.
If you're not sure, book a discovery session. That's genuinely what it's for.
