This group is for you — not a course about your child.

I know that as a parent of a child with ADHD, your own needs often come last. This group is specifically designed to change that — to give you a space that takes your experience seriously, alongside other parents who understand the particular exhaustion and love of navigating this.

Applications are reviewed individually. I'll be in touch within 5 working days.

How it works

1 - Submit your application
About five minutes. A few questions about where you are right now.

2 - Brief call : 15 minutes
Within 5 working days. A chance to ask anything before you commit, and for me to make sure the group is the right fit.

3 -Cohort begins
Joining details and start date confirmed once we've both had the conversation.
